Before sending, we recommend that you contact our consultant, clarify the repair issues. It is necessary to give the consultant the name and model of the technique, to specify which part to replace (or to describe the defect in the technique). The operator will advise on maintenance and cost estimates. The exact amount of repair is declared by the master after free diagnostics of the equipment.

3. Our representative receives the equipment and communicates with the client
4. We do free diagnostics

5. The price of repair and the term are discussed in the telephone mode with the master
6. We do repair and inspection of equipment
7. Before sending back, our manager once again contacts the customer and specifies the delivery address
8. Payment can be made to a PrivateBank Card or cash on delivery

To prevent accidental damage to your device during transport, we recommend that you carry / transport it, for example, in a carry case (laptop) or in a case (as a communicator or smartphone) or in a packing box "from the manufacturer".
